The rest of the gypsies were in the forest, but Teneka had wandered out alone to buy something sweet rather than eat the usuall smoked salmon for breakfast. So she had her tamborine and was dancing about with a small hat on the ground for change. She started singing a little as well, perhaps she'd earn enough for a cinnamon roll, oh one of those sounded so appealing. SHe gazed acoss the plaza at the bakery and continued to dance, gaining enthusiasm as onlookers gathered to watch.

She had been flying in her raven form for a while when she saw the young girl dancing. Ourali swooped down and perchen on the edge of the fountain and tited her head, watching the show. She wished she had some musical talent, it looked like so much fun.

When she finished dancing she was only slightly out of breath and went to check the hat, two dollars and thiry two cents, that would get at least one cinnamon roll, or so she hoped. She went off to the bakery and founed that she was just short, cinnamon rolls were $2.50. She sighed and sat at one of the tables in front of the bakery sulking a little. She did not notice the watchful fowl nearby.

Ourali saw the girl go into the bakery and come out empty handed and looking sad. Assuming the girl hadn't had enough to buy what she wanted ourali took off from her perch and circled the fountain until she found what she was looking for. Ourali hopped toward the table where the girl was sitting then flapped up to land on the back of the chair next to her. She leaned out over the table and dropped a quarter as close to the girl as she could reach.

"Oh!" she said, suprised. She picked it up, "Can I have this? Thank you!" She got up and curtsied to the bird before goint to get the roll. Coming out, she picked off a chunk of the cinnamon treat and gave to her new friend. "You deserve it," she said with a smile.

Ourali shifted forms, sitting in the chair she had been perched on. "Thank you," She smiled at the girl, "Thumbs make eating a whole lot easier. The name's Ourali." She held out a hand as she politely ate the piece of cinnamon roll.

"Teneka," she replied cheerfully, "and really thank you." she said as she started in on her roll. She really wasn't sure what to say next after that, abut only felt suddenly worried about Sam, she felt like something bad had happened to him, and then she wondered about Chie. Her stomach knotted and suddenly the roll looked too big to finish. Her forehead creased with worry...what had happened to Sam? Why did she feel this way so suddenly?

She instantly noticed Teneka's change and she became worried as well. She frowned slightly before inquiring. "Is something wrong?" Ourali leaned closer to her, afraid of what is was that could have changed her mood so suddenly.
(OOC: I know... really short....but it's at least three lines heh heh heh heh)

"It's my friends," she stared at her roll, still frowning, "I feel like something's happened to one of them and it makes me worry about the other. I don't know where they are but I just feel it...something's wrong." She stood up, "I'm going to find them, you can come with me if you want." She went over to get a bag from the the bakery and put away her snack, then took a dee pbreath through her nose. Perhaps she could sniff them out, snd she started walking towards the mall.

Ourali suddenly thought of Tarakami, and the fact that she hadn't seen him in quites some time. "I think I should search out my own actually, thank you for the snack." She shifted forms and took to the sky to look for the friendshe had been seperated from.
