History: “Hush, stay low; don’t move,” her mother’s words rushed out. Her father stood in front of her mother while little Morgan Lucy hid beneath the pic-nic table, eyes wide with fear. Her father backed away from it slowly, never making eye contact, but the beast reared giving out an angry cry and attacked. Morgan looked away, hiding her face as her mother’s scream broke out and all was silent. Seconds passed like hours and she watched it, the grizzly bear it could smell her, but it seemed satisfied with its kill and lumbered back into the forest. She held back her screams of horror and sadness until she was sure the beast was gone and she crawled from her hiding place. Her parents were dead, maimed. She cried for hours until all went dark. She awoke in an orphanage and was allowed to see her parent’s graves. She later ran away from the orphanage by sneaking out an air vent in the dead of night and stowing away in the bed of a truck until she was well away. It was then she came to the valley where she made her own living finding food in the forest and has a small stay in the abandoned buildings of the city. She named herself Piaro Tu to forget the incident with her parents and has her fantasies and dreams to keep her company.
